Fruit

We collect apricots from two different fields: in one of them there are trees older than 50 years, while in the other one they are relatively younger. The most cultivated type is the Vinschger apricot, which suits perfectly for both short-term use and for the refinement as jam, syrup, stewed fruit,…In both fresh and refined use the taste and the intensive yellowish-orange colour are  distinctive.

Available at the farm between middle July and middle August, according to maturing time. A reservation is suggested!
