Some of our cows spend the summer on the Alp at 2.000 m, where in the own Alpine dairy we produce both cheese and butter. What is special is that the high alpine grass has got a very positive influence on cheese and butter taste. The same fact that production is limited only to summer months underlines the value of Alpine cheese. Available as a wheel as well as in smaller pieces.
