Speck, aromatic sausages, salami and dried meat

At the farm in our processing room we produce different types of courseware and speck. For this we use our own cattle or, with some luck, also wild game.

What is special for our smoked products like speck, aromatic sausages or also dried meat is the distinctive scent of our smokebox, where we still smoke with juniper shrubs. Also the natural aromatic mix gives evidence of quality and genuineness.
